Constipation is a common intestinal condition that affects people of all ages. It is distinguished by restricted bowel movements, usually three or fewer per week. Some people may also experience intermittent symptoms such as feeling obstructed and unable to empty their bows on a daily basis. Constipation can also cause stomach cramps, bloating, and rectal pain due to straining. Piles is a painful ailment characterized by lower rectum irritation. Blood in the faeces, itching in the anal region, persistent pain, and discomfort are all common pile symptoms.
